KOLVETO — RETURNS AND REFUNDS

PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING A PRODUCT
Kolveto accepts requests for eligible standard returns made within 30 calendar days after delivery. To begin, write to service@kolveto.com with the order number, product name and reason for the request. The delivery date recorded by the carrier is used to calculate the return period.
RETURN CONDITION AND EXCEPTIONS
Returned items should generally be unused and in substantially their original condition. Please include supplied parts and original packaging where reasonably possible. A personalized, made-to-order or hygiene-sensitive item may be ineligible for a change-of-mind return if this was disclosed before purchase and the restriction is allowed by law. Legal remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
APPROVAL AND RETURN DESTINATION
Our team will review the request and provide written authorization, packing guidance and the correct return address if the return is approved. Do not mail a parcel before receiving these instructions. The company's registered address is for business correspondence and is not a standing return facility.
WHO COVERS THE RETURN COST?
For a change-of-mind return, return postage is normally the customer's responsibility. A tracked service is recommended. If we confirm that the item was defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied because of our error, we will cover reasonable authorized return postage or provide another remedy required by applicable law. Contact us before paying for return shipping. We do not add an undisclosed restocking fee.
RETURN REVIEW
We aim to inspect an authorized return within 3 business days after it reaches the return destination and notify you of the decision. If a review needs additional information, our team will contact you.
REFUND PROCESSING
An approved refund is normally sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Banks and payment providers may need additional time to post the funds. The treatment of the original shipping charge depends on the reason for return and applicable law.
REPORTING A PROBLEM
For damaged, defective or incorrect goods, contact us as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 7 calendar days after delivery. Include the order number, a short explanation and photographs if available. We will assess the issue and provide a remedy required by law, which may include repair, replacement or refund. This request for prompt reporting does not shorten your statutory rights.
CANCELLATIONS AND EXCHANGES
Send cancellation or address-change requests within 48 hours of purchase and before dispatch. Fulfillment status determines whether a change is still possible. Exchanges depend on availability, so contact us before sending an item.
NON-WAIVABLE RIGHTS
Nothing here excludes or restricts rights that applicable law does not allow us to waive.
